Rates

At RV Resort Four Seasons, we take care to provide our customers with personalized, high quality services to meet each individual for their unique needs. We are available to take your reservations 10am-5pm PST, 7 days a week over the phone at 509-529-6072. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient. Please leave a message and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

Check-In is 1:00 pm or after. Check-Out is by 11:00 am.

Rates are based on two person occupancy and are depended on the site type chosen or assigned. Peak weekends may be higher. Premium extra long sites available by calling our office only.

***Monthly Reservations may be made in person or over the phone, based on availability and subject to screening (may include background check). Our minimum monthly site consideration is 2 months paid in advance + processing fee and electricity. We most often work from a waitlist.

2 month minimum to be considered for monthly: 1st month $1400 (2nd month free) each additional month ($700.00) per month + electricity (by reservation only) ***Conditions and restrictions apply. Contract will be administered at time of check-in. $703 PER MONTH ($1406 1ST MONTH, SECOND MONTH FREE) One-time admin fee of $100 will be taken at time of approval. Rate is determined by intake month.

Rates based on 2 person max, add ($1.00) a day per person over two people for nightly, $50 extra per person for monthly. ONE RV AND ONE VEHICLE PER SITE IS ALLOWED.

Reservations may be made for 7 days without management authorization. Each additional week should be booked through the office. Up to four weeks maximum (28 days) without leaving the premises for 72 hours or longer.

ALL SITES AND SITE TYPES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, AND WILL BE ASSIGNED BASED SIZE AND TYPE OF RV, AND THE CURRENT NEEDS OF THE PARK. NO INDIVIDUAL SITE NUMBER WILL BE GUARANTEED. EXTRA LARGE RV’S SHOULD CALL OUR OFFICE FOR BOOKING!

*Pull Thru Sites AND Grass Sites are not available for monthly rates. Grass sites closed during winter.

No car camping or tent sites available/RVs must be manufactured as residential RVs only (no conversions SKOOLIES), not for agricultural purposes. Electric vehicles are subject to additional fees for charging. All RVs must be well maintained, in good condition and fully self-contained.

OUR GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY IS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ONE NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS or $60 if more than one night.

**PEAK WEEKENDS SUCH AS SPRING RELEASE AND HOLIDAY WEEKS REQUIRE 100% RESERVATION FEE IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. (NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN)

SPRING RELEASE BOOKINGS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH OUR OFFICE (VIA TELEPHONE) AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE MADE ONLINE OR VIA EMAIL. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TO SCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!

EARLY DEPARTURES WILL NOT BE ISSUED ANY CREDIT OR REFUND. NO SHOWS WILL BE CANCELLED (without refund) IF NO COMMUNICATION OCCURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE.
