Our resort features spacious full-hookup RV sites with water, sewer, and electric connections, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, our resort offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere with all the essentials for a memorable getaway in Walla Walla Valley.

Seasonal ​Water, sewer, garbage, Power 30/50 amp, over-air/antenna tv is limited, You will need to provide your own coaxial and F-connector from the pedestal to the RV) LIMITED Wi-fi available in office area only (no streaming, gaming, zoom calls, etc.) We cannot provide enough bandwidth for you to rely on doing business. Please plan on using your own hotspot for additional Wi-Fi needs.

Restrooms/Showers, Air-Conditioned Laundry Facility, Mini RV Store: Emergency parts and Ice. Water supply in site is limited to seasonal winterization (approximately Oct-April) We will always provide a frost-free faucet available to fill your water tank upon arrival. Our grass sites will be unavailable during late fall/winter months. JACK PADS ARE REQUIRED, and long enough sewer hose to fit your site.
